The Irish Goodbye features two wagyu patties layered with cheddar, smoked brisket, Guinness caramelized onions, and mustard aioli on a toasted potato bun. It's rich, smoky, and just indulgent enough to feel like you found the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.
