Buttermilk Baby, a Berg Hospitality Group original concept, reimagines the all-American soda fountain with modern techniques and aesthetics paired with fresh, soul-satisfying dishes and soft serve ice cream selections in partnership with the iconic brand Carvel®. Set to open sometime in fall 2023, Berg tapped the award-winning New York-based design firm, ICRAVE, to help create the modern and cool 3,100 sq. ft. space with bright and fun “Instagrammable” designs. The all-new concept will feature breakfast platters, flakey biscuits, fried chicken sandwiches, juicy burgers and salads, using only the best ingredients available.
